Can we track time per client and per project?
Yes. Every hour is logged on a ticket, which belongs to a project and a client. Reports group the hours by client, project or person, and you choose which hours are billable.
Does a client need an account to sign a quote?
No. The client opens the quote in their browser and confirms their signature with a code we email them. The signed quote is kept with a record of how it was signed.
Do we pay for features we do not use?
No. Features are sold in bundles and you only turn on the ones you need. Your monthly price is the sum of those bundles, and you can change them at any time.
Can we try it with a real project first?
Yes. Your first month is free and you do not need a card to start. Set up one client, run a project through it and decide after that.
