Secure Share
Hand files over through a link that expires, instead of an attachment.
An attachment lives in an inbox forever and you cannot take it back. Secure Share gives a link instead: everybody gets their own, and you can pull one whenever you like. It asks a client for documents just as well.

Files are encrypted before they are stored and only your company can open them.
