Refund Policy

Cohively

Last updated: 12 August 2026

This Refund Policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for paid Cohively subscriptions. Payments are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, acting as reseller and Merchant of Record. Any refund is therefore made by Paddle to your original payment method under its Buyer Terms, together with this policy, which forms part of our Terms & Conditions.

Free trial

New workspaces may start with a free trial. You are not charged during the trial, and you can cancel before it ends to avoid any charge. No refund is needed for a cancelled trial because no payment is taken.

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel at any time from your subscription settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; your plan remains active until the end of the period you have already paid for, after which it is not renewed. We do not automatically pro-rate or refund the remainder of a paid period unless required by law or expressly agreed.

14-day refund window

In line with Paddle’s Buyer Terms, you may request a refund within 14 days of a payment: for a one-off charge, within 14 days of that charge; for a subscription, within 14 days of the date it was most recently renewed. Eligible requests made within this window are approved and refunded by Paddle to your original payment method.

Business customers and the right of withdrawal

Cohively is sold to businesses, so the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal that EU law gives consumers does not apply as a matter of right. Beyond the goodwill window above, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started. Where mandatory law does grant you a withdrawal or refund right, nothing in this policy limits it.

Requesting a refund

To request a refund — for example within the window above, or for a billing error or duplicate charge — contact us at info@cohively.com with your account and transaction details, or request it directly from Paddle using the receipt Paddle emailed you. As Merchant of Record, Paddle reviews and processes the refund, and where one is due it is issued through Paddle to the original payment method.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time; the “last updated” date above reflects the current version.
